SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or DHL with tracking
- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within the United States.
Tracking All orders include tracking numbers. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
International Orders
- Duties & Taxes: All duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at donnerriver@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
